The Highway 12 Preliminary Design Study and associated Transportation Environmental Study Report (2016) includes provisions for a carpool lot in the north-east quadrant of the Highway 11/12 North Junction Interchange (Coldwater Road).
Access to the carpool lot would be provided through an access connection to Westmount Drive.
